Molida is a General Manager of ROYAL Consulting Co., Ltd. She holds a Master of Finance from National University of Management. She has almost ten-year working experience in accounting and finance with Microfinance Institution and Commercial Banks before she came to join with local consulting company as a managing partner for more than four years.
Tola is a senior advisor of ROYAL Consulting Co., Ltd as well as a lecturer. He was a consultant of SOEs in the area of developing accounting policies and procedures, of financial reporting. He is an expert in IFRS and trains finance teams from esteemed companies such as KAMSAB, SRWSA, PPAP, Provincial waterworks. He also trains IFRSs to tax officers. He was qualified in Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) and an Associate member of CPA Australia and holds dual master degrees in business administration and in accounting.
Sokhom holds a Master of Business Administration from Preston University, USA. He has worked as consultant for more than ten years in areas of financial management and accounting specialist. Before joining with ADB, Sokhom has worked for PriceWaterHouseCoopers as a senior consultant for advisory service for couple years
